Sessions are based from The Dojo, a Pre-Olympic 2012 training venue in Kendal. This facility offers a private and unique place to exercise one on one with your trainer. As well as typical training methods, We specialise in unconventional training resources such as kettlebells, power bags, battle ropes and TRX suspension training.

I am a highly motivational Personal Trainer, with 10 years experience and knowledge of working within the Fitness Industry. I believe that an active and healthy lifestyle should be fun and fulfilling and you will see this in the sessions I deliver.
I've always had a passion for health, fitness and sports conditioning. No matter what barriers you think you might have to achieving your goals, I can help you break these down and help you reach and exceed your targets.
My expert training plans will make sure you hit your personal and sporting goals. As a strength and conditioning coach who has worked with National, regional and county level athlete, I have the knowledge and experience to help you improve your performance.

Creating a healthy lifestyle is about finding a balance of healthy eating, structured training and enjoyment every step of the way.
I strongly believe fitness should be accessible to everyone regardless of their barriers this is why I gained qualifications and specialise in Pre & Post natal exercise and exercise for disabilities.
As well as delivering Personal Training sessions for SJPT, I also work with Cumbria Fire & rescue service delivering their fitness testing and recuitment selection.
